      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eight slices of pizza stored in the hot holding unit was measured with internal temperature 53C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded aforementioned pizza. Pizza must be hot held at 60C or above at all times. Adjust the temperature on the hot holding unit.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A speaker was left on top of the food preparation area at the sandwich cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): Move the speaker to a different location. Do not leave any non-food items on the food contact surfaces. Clean and sanitize the aforementioned surface immediately.
