- The sanitizer solution is measured at 0ppm. The stock container was found to be empty. The stock container was changed at time of inspection, and all sanitizer containers were changed.

- 1) The single use spoons near the front serving area are unorganized. Action shall be taken to have all the handles facing the same direction to minimize the risk of touching the food end of the spoon.2)The blender in the breakfast area was stored wet with the lid on. Food equipment shall be dry before placing a lid on the equipment to prevent bacterial/mold growth. Ensure all equipment is dry before putting the equipment away.

- The ice/water dispenser in the servery kitchen in the nursing unit has a build up of scale on the front of the dispenser, and potiental biofilm forming in the drain area. Action shall be taken to clean the dispenser, and added to a routine cleaning/sanitization schedule.Aug 6 - Talked to site manager regarding this issue.

- 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Critical)?
- The prep counter has missing tiles in the half wall. The interior of the wall has black organic growth, damp drywall and water condensing on the metal studs. All damage building material (damp drywall) shall be removed, and the source of the moisture identified. The area of the missing tiles was sealed upon entry into the facility. This area shall continued to be sealed during any food preparation. Commitment to the remediation of this work shall be confirmed with the Public Health Inspector by Dec 22, 2023, and the remediation plans shared when they are made.
