      • Staff personal belongings (bags with long straps) were hung on a wall within reach of children.Staff promptly removed the bags and stored them in an area that is not accessible to children.

      • The weather stripping on the sides and bottom of the back exit door is damaged, resulting in visible gaps.Repair or replace the weather stripping on the back exit door to eliminate gaps and prevent pest entry into the facility.

      • A diaper changing table in the OSC washroom was visibly soiled with feces.Staff immediately cleaned and disinfected the changing table.

      • Water temperatures at the hand sink in the toddler room and the OSC room were too hot. Measured to be approx. 54.8C. The recommended maximum temperature is 49C.

      • The shelving units in the bathrooms were not secured to the wall. Please ensure units are secured form tipping.
