      • Both handwashing sinks located in the kitchen area were noted to be loose. Please properly secure both handwahign sinks to the wall.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. A hole was noted on the wall underneath the kitchen sink. Photographs of repaired wall were received via email the same day. 2. The wall barrier was noted to be cracked by the drive thru area. Photographs of new wall barriers were received via email the same day.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The handle to prep cooler door was noted to be missing, creating holes which are difficult to clean. Photographs of installed door handle was received via email the same day.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • General cleaning is required in the facility. Accumulation of grease was noted on ceiling fans, underneath all equipment and inside deep fryers, on storage shelves, etc. Please clean the facility thoroughly and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner at all times.
