- It was noted that the facility has only two sinks and a domestic dishwasher. Please either install another sink or a commercial dishwasher or adhere to permit conditions.

- A hand washing sink was not observed in the facility. Please either install a hand washing sink or adhere to permit conditions.

- It was noted that the facility is operating against their permit conditions. Hotdogs and buns as well as boxes of cereal were noted in the facility. Please adhere to permit conditions and only served pre-packaged food items.
