      • It was noted that the facility has only two sinks and a domestic dishwasher. Please either install another sink or a commercial dishwasher or adhere to permit conditions.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A hand washing sink was not observed in the facility. Please either install a hand washing sink or adhere to permit conditions.
