- Some of the meat products in the front display freezers were not labeled. Operated indicated that all of this meat came from Wah Hing Meats, but there was no label. **Ensure all products have a label that indicates what it is, where it is from, and the packaging date.

- Fridges and freezers didn't have additional thermometers available inside to monitor temperatures. **Purchase thermometers for each fridge and freezer so that the temperatures can be verified - cannot use the built in ones that display on the outsde

- There is a small gap in the weather stripping at the base of the loading dock door in the front. **Replace weather stripping
