    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Bleach sanitizer solution prepared in the spray bottle was too strong and tested >200 ppm at the time of inspection.- Solution was diluted with water and concentration tested at 100 ppm.- Operator was instructed to mix half to one teaspoon (2 to 5 ml) bleach into one litre water to get appropriate concentration.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • ***Ongoing Violation***Pest control records were not available at the time of inspection. Mouse traps were observed on-site. Operator indicated of checking mouse traps daily.- Please maintain pest control records on-site at all times. Operator will be emailed AHS monthly pest control checklist.

      • Cardboards were placed on the kitchen and washroom floors.
