    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Handwash sink to left of 3-compartment sink to remain accessible at all times. Do no place dirty dishes in front of sink. Corrected during the inspection Faucet of the other handwash sink requires repair. Part has been ordered.

      • Raw fish noted to be stored on upper shelving of prep cooler. Moved to bottom of the cooler during the inspection.
