      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink near 3 compartment sink did not have paper towels available during operation. Ensure a paper towel station is mounted here so it is available for staff to wash and dry hands.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towels are available at all hand washing stations. Do not use toilet paper as paper towels. Use proper paper towels for hand washing and drying.

      • Observation: Large containers of bulk bins on display with the scoops and food bags placed in the food directly. This can lead to contamination as customers have to put their hands in the food to scoop it.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all bulk bins are protected from contamintion with lids/covers and the scoops and bags should be stored in a clean and dedicated container. Operator states the bulk bins will be changed to single packaged bulk foods in a month. Correction required in two days for bulk bins storage and clean storage for scoops. A hand sanitizer station is recommended for customers near the bulk service stations.
