- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Right sandwich service fridge observed with food and ambient temperatures above 14C. After monitoring with probe thermometer for over 1.25 hours the temperature of this unit was still 9.9C to 11.2C. 4C and below for coolers is required.

- Observation: * Personal drinks were found in dishwashing area (stored there) and this is unsanitary. One staff left jacket stored on food storage rack and this is considered unsanitary. Hand sink in dish washing area also had jug being stored there in the sink so sink was not accessible and jug was being contaminated while stored in the hand sink. Also, food(croissants, bagels, etc) was uncovered on top of hot-holding units and not protected from contamination. Also, food was uncovered in walk-in freezer (eg. muffins in tray) and stored under boxes. These were discarded immediately and operator covered food properly on top of hot-holding units
