- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing stations did not have paper towels to adequately dry staff hands. There are two dedicated hand washing stations.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations are in use with adequate amount of paper towels, soap and hot and cold running water. Staff are required to wash their hands at the kitchen hand sinks when providing food service. Operator purchased paper towels and placed them at the station at the time of inspection.
