- Observation(s): Hot water tank runs on propane. Propane tank is empty today and is scheduled to be refilled. Please monitor the gauge and re-fill before the tank is empty.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): No hot water today due to an empty propane tank, so dishwasher cannot reach temperature. Operator has adequate glasses to hold over until Friday which is when the tank is scheduled to be refilled.

- Observation(s): Some minor caulking is required at the countertop/wall junction.
