- Observation(s): Dishwasher is not a commercial type. It is a NSF Certified residential style dishwasher with a sanitize cycle. The dishwasher needs to be set on the Sanitize cycle every time. To ensure this please post a sign near the dishwasher, instructing staff.
- F3.4 Are written sanitation procedures (Sanitation Plan) current and available on site?
- Observation(s): Please note that dishwasher needs to be set on the Sanitize Cycle for every wash.
