    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Packaged raw meats were observed to be stored next to covered-cooked meats. The operator was informed and the raw meats were moved to a lower shelf. Please ensure that foods are stored in a manner that prevents their contamination.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • A three-compartment sink and chlorine dishwasher is available for dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm in the final rinse cycle of the dishwasher. However, the rinse aid solution/component of the dishwasher was observed to be missing.Please ensure that the appropriate dishwasher rinse-aid is obtained and connected to the dishwasher. In the meantime, please use the three-compartment sink method for the washing of utensils and dishware.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The public washrooms were observed to have either the hot or cold-water lines turned off. The operator was informed and the lines were opened.Please ensure that all handwashing sinks are in good working order to allow for regular and proper hand hygiene.
