Heavy accumulation of grime and debris was noted in areas including but not limited to underneath and behind the cooking line, underneath the dishwashing sinks, and in corners/hard-to-reach areas throughout the kitchen. - Please thoroughly clean all the aforementioned areas.2. Ceiling tiles and air vents above the food preparation area in the kitchen were visibly dirty, with dust and soot buildup.- Please clean air vents and ceiling tiles.
