      • Small flies were noted particularly in the dishwashing area. - Please thoroughly clean the area including drainage lines and contact professional pest control company to eliminate the flies.

      • The QUAT sanitizer dispenser in the kitchen was dispensing sanitizer at 0 ppm.- Repair the dispenser to ensure proper calibration of dispenser to 200 ppm.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Chemical dishwasher was in disrepair. Chlorine (sanitizer) concentration was measured at 0ppm after multiple cycles.- Repair the dishwasher.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispensers at both handwashing stations were empty.- Ensure handwashing stations are stocked with paper towels at all times.
