      • Kitchen 2 compartment sink - vacuum sealed steaks being thawed out in pooling water.Observed 2 stainless steel container filled with raw hamburger puck left out on bottom shelf of a prep table near the kitchen 2 compartment sink. Operator indicated they were going to bring it in the cooler.

      • -The walk-in cooler's ambient temperature measured 7C (44F).-Multiple food sitting in the cooler since yesterday (July 25, 2024, 11AM) were measured above 4C (7 to 9C), at the time of inspection Example Sour Cream. fresh produce, packed cheese etc.. -Please move all potentially high-risk food and perishable food products within the walk-in cooler and freezer units to alternate units to prevent spoilage of food products (e.g. move foods to good working cooler and freezer units or rental of refrigerated trailers (refers) to house potentially high risk and perishable food products).-Repair works to walk-in cooler and freezer to be completed by noon (12:00hrs) July 29. 2024. -Please monitor the units prior to re-stocking of units with potentially high risk and perishable food products.-Cooler temperature should be 4C or below. -Frozen foods must be maintained at a temperature of 0C or less. To maintain their quality, a temperature of -18C or less is required.

Please continue monitoring the temperature and ensure it at or below 4C at all times. - Multiple crates of raw egg is kept at room temperature (25 C). Eggs that were subjected to temperature abuse were discarded by the operator at the time of inspection.
