- Corrective Action(s): 1. Quats sanitizer solution must not exceed 200-400 ppm Quats. Follow manufacturer's instructions when manually making the solution. Use test strips to verify strength. Staff made fresh sanitizer solution using the pre-dosed Quats dispensers.
