- The Foor Permit restricted the use of prepackaged food and whole produce only, but fruit/vegetable cutting was reported. The fruit/vegetable cutting takes place in the staff room, where a two-compartment sink is available for dishwashing of a cutting board and knife and counter space is available for food prep. Single-use disposable dishes/utensils were available.
