      • 1. A gap was observed between the counter and the wall at the handwashing sink in the infant room. 2. A water-stained ceiling tile was observed in the toddler washroom. 1. Please seal the gap to render the surface smooth and easy to clean.2. Ensure the indicated tile is replaced.

      • One crib was not labelled. Addressed during the inspection.
