Requirement:-Ensure that the container of chlorine has secondary containment.-Please clean the dusty exhaust system in the pool area.

Ensure all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and in good repair.-Repair the floor drain in the women's changeroom.-Ensure that the changeroom showers are equipped with soap.

      • 1) There were several tiles along the edges of the pool check (in particular, between the steam room and change rooms, and inside the changerooms) that has a visible build-up of debris.REQUIREMENT: Repair and or clean/sanitize this area.2) There were several holes and gaps in the drywall in both changerooms that have showers, as well as the finishing was worn in some spots closer to the floor.REQUIREMENT: Repair the area and ensure the finished product is impervious to moisture.
