- Antiseptic wipes in first aid kit were expired. Please obtain new, non-expired antiseptic wipes for first aid kit.
- 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
- Expired low-level disinfectant was found at the facility. Please discard the expired products and obtain new low-level disinfectant. Please ensure that products used for disinfecting have a drug identification number (DIN) and disinfectant claim on label.Note: The facility also had a bleach solution on site for sanitizing surfaces and toys which is acceptable.
