      • 1. Black rice-like materials noted in the back storage area. Ensure that pest monitoring is conducted to prevent pest infestation. 2. Back door (delivery door) is missing weatherstripping. This could allow for pest entry. Ensure that back door is vermin proofed to prevent pest entry.

      • No food handling permit observed. Food handling permit was provided to manager. Ensure that food permit is displayed at a conspicuous place for public view at all times.

      • Back storage area:1. Build of debris and dirt in the back storage area. Ensure that these areas are cleaned and sanitized 2. Cardboard Packaging Boxes are stacked above 6ft and not properly organized. This is a safety as well as a sanitation concern. Do ensure the back storage area is well organized to allow for proper cleaning and pest control.
