      • Floor tiles throughout the facility were observed to be deteriorated and in need of replacement in several areas. This item has been noted on inspection reports since January 2024, and continued wear and damage were observed at the time of inspection. Damaged or deteriorated flooring is difficult to clean and may harbour debris and moisture, increasing the risk of contamination. Please replace floor tiles where required and maintain flooring in good repair to ensure surfaces remain smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

      • No quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer was available at the time of inspection. Please ensure an approved sanitizer is available at all times, prepared at the correct concentration, and used as required for sanitizing food-contact surfaces and equipment.

      • During the inspection, the third compartment of the dishwashing sink was observed to leak water, resulting in water spilling onto the floor. Although the spill was cleaned immediately, ongoing leakage may lead to unsanitary conditions and slip hazards. Please repair the sink promptly to prevent further leakage and ensure the dishwashing area remains clean, sanitary, and in good repair.

Please thoroughly clean and properly rinse the canopy to remove all residue and maintain it in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
