      • After soaking utensils for a minimum of 30 seconds in 100ppm bleach remove and allow to air dry. Do not rinse off the bleach

      • Corrective Action(s): Contact technician to repair unit. Do not use the unit until It has been reapaired and the technican has certified the cooler is capable of cold holding at <4c. Document this in your daily monitoring log using your newly purchased thermometers.
