      • Corrective Action(s): Mouse bait stations containing poison are not permitted within a food service establishment unless the trap is one way only ie the mouse cannot exit. With the curent bait stations the mouse can potentially track poison throughout the premises.
      • The block of bait was observed not to have been eaten into in the bait station.
      • Remove all mouse bait stations from the premises.
