The required concentration is 100-200ppm to effectively reduce/remove pathogens to an acceptance level. Three compartment sink is only method of washing disheware/utenstils (no dishwasher).
      • Corrective Action(s): Increase concentration of chlorine bleach for sanitizing. Ensure staff know correct amount to add and change solution frequently.
