      • Sanitizer was being stored inside a bucket that was labelled with a food name.Ensure containers holding a chemical are correctly labeled with its contents.

      • - A sanitize step was not being done for dishes/ utensils/ equipment that were being manually diswashed.- Dishwasher measured 69C with a probe thermometer at plate level. The manual rinse gauge did read >180F.Ensure wash, rinse and sanitize for 2 min is done for manual dishwashing. Owner said she would get the dishwasher serviced and until then a manual sanitize step would be done.

      • Dishwasher is not reaching minimum 71C at plate level.Please repair the dishwasher.

      • Some scoop handles were stored so the handle was touching the food product.Ensure handles do not touch the dry food product to prevent contamination. One option would be to put a sanitary container inside the bin and then to put the scoop inside that container to act as a holder.
