      • 34 Gauge disposable skin prick needles and 9Pin Screw Multi Needles were on a shelf in the storage room. These instruments were discarded upon request as they did not have sterility assurance claims required.

      • Some cosmetic products were discarded upon request because they were not clearly labeled and/or do not have a complete list of ingredients and/or manufacturer's instructions for safe use.
