- The high-temperature dishwasher is not reaching an adequate rinse temperature to sanitize dishes. After four cycles, maximum temperature reached was measured at 32C with a probe thermometer. Director was aware that the dishwasher was not sanitizing and has scheduled a technician to repair the dishwasher soon.
