    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Screen used for front entrance door is not secure to frame, fabric screen does not secure to bottom edges of floor. Ensure a screen is tightfitting to door frame to prevent pest entry.

      • In retail freezers- some packaged frozen products were missing labels. Please ensure all prepackaged retail food products are labelled. Ensure a packaged date is also affixed on the product packaging.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No detectable chlorine was observed from test strip used by PHI for the prepared sanitizer bottle by the 3 comp sink. Ensure for chlorine sanitizer preparation, a chlorine concentration between 100-200 ppm is prepared for use.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No test strips onsite to measure for chlorine sanitizer concentration. Ensure test strips are available onsite for confirming proper sanitizer preparations.
