      • The operator did not have a thermometer. A thermometer was bought during the inspection. Ensure functional thermometers are available to monitor food temperatures.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The operator did not have bleach concentration test strips. Ensure the sanitizer test strips are available to validate the concentration and for effective sanitizing.PHI provided a few test strips to use for the event.
