      • * Caulking at the hand sink was not in good repair/ condition. * Caulking at the dishwashing sink plastic guard was not in good repair/ condition. Caulking was damaged, and mildew started to grow on the surface.The previously noted water leak under dishwasher has been repaired.

      • * Cleaning is required for the hard-to-reach areas in the kitchen.* Cleaning inside the walk-in cooler. Food debris built up.

      • * Dishwasher Sani cycle was not operational during the inspection. Operator was not aware of how long this was happening for. No record onsite. Please ensure Dishwasher Sani cycle is tested daily and recorded.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • * Dishwasher sanitizer cycle was not operating during the inspection. Chlorine concentration was measured at 0 ppm.Corrected during the inspection. Operator added Chlorine tablets into the sanitizer dispensing unit. Concentration was measured at 100ppm after the cycle.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • * Caulking at the hand sink was not in good repair/ condition. *Caulking at the dishwashing sink plastic guard was not in good repair/ condition. Caulking was damaged, and mildew started to grow on the surface. * Water leak under the dishwasher, pipe under the dishwasher was leaking.

      • Outstanding deficiency *Windowsills by the dishwashing area- surface of the sills was started get water damaged. Please make sure it is repaired. Surface of the windowsills by the dishwashing area was not in good repair, paint chipping at one of the windowsills, and surface were damaged. Plexiglass by the dishwashing sink can be used to prevent further damages after the repairs are completed.* Shelf on the wall at the end of the dishwashing sink line was also damaged. Please make wood shelf is replaced/ properly refinished.* Some of the flooring surfaces in the walk-in cooler was not in good repair, flooring was lifting. Surface of the wood flooring surface at the entrance of the walk-in cooler was not in good repair. Please make sure flooring surfaces are properly repaired/ refinished.
