The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure temperatures are recorded (in ink) for each refrigeration appliance stored and used (i.e. for the student snack / lunch program) at this institution. A temperature log sheet was served to this school as a template. Be advised that this task is requested during each day of regular operation.
