      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen meat was being thawed in sink using warm water for less than 10 minutes. The temperature of the water was 19C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use warm water to thaw frozen food products. To properly thaw frozen food, use running cold water in a clean sink or thaw in the cooler at 4C and below. Allow 24 hour thawing time for every 5 pounds of frozen food.
