      • Observation: 1. Pieces of pasta observed to be on the ground under the shelves in aisle 7 and 8.
      • 2. Melted chocolate bar observed to under the shelf in aisle 7.
      • 3. A piece of fried donut observed to be under the shelf in aisle 6 (storage of canned food/mayonnaise)
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure food products that are out of packaging are removed from the ground. Clean and sanitize the floors to prevent pests and harbourage of pests.

      • Observation: Pest activity observed under aisle #2 under bags of Sher Durum Atta and rice racks. Spilled and eaten product observed. Look for the half rodent eaten gram crackers. Other food spills and damaged bags observed on black eye peas rack.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean spills and wash and sanitize this aisle then monitor for pest control activity. Correction requried in two days.

      • Breadrack - scattered blueberries observed under the Wonder Bread rack/wall. This may suggest rodents moving produce here for storage.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected areas. Continue inspecting inventory and shelving daily to remove broken products and clean any daily spills. Correction required in 3 days.

      • Observation: 1. Observed minor spill by customers at asile 2, mango sauce rack. Several cans became dinted and cannot be sold.
      • 2. Minor broken glass observed in back warehouse storage on the floor behind the diaper boxes. Cleaning required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean noted areas to prevent contamination of product and food. Discard damaged cans of mango sauce in asile 2. Correction required today.

      • Observation: Walk in freezer observed with excess build up of ice and requires repair. Operator states parts are on order and will be repaired as soon as possible. Temperature of unit at the time of inspection at -22C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair unit and ensure unit can maintain temperatures at -18C and below for food products. Take caution for slipping hazards and other phyiscal hazards. Do not enter if it is unsafe for staff. Correction and follow up for repair in one month.
