- It was observed that it took approximately 5 minutes for warm water to reach the handwashing faucet. Delays in the availability of warm water may discourage kitchen staff from washing their hands as required.The operator indicated that the issue is related to the plumbing connection and stated that a qualified person will be contacted to investigate and correct the problem.Ensure that warm water is available at the handwashing sink within a reasonable time to support effective and frequent handwashing by food handlers. Investigate and repair the hot water supply issue and monitor the system to ensure warm water is consistently available when needed. Corrective action should be completed as soon as practicable.

- The handwashing sink was found to be inaccessible, with items observed stored within the sink.Ensure that all handwashing stations are fully accessible at all times and that handwashing sinks are used strictly for handwashing purposes only.Additionally, the water at the handwashing sink remained cold for approximately four (4) minutes before becoming warm. The operator indicated that this issue occurs intermittently, particularly when the mop sink tap is left on. This is a concern, as it may discourage proper handwashing practices among kitchen staff. Ensure that an adequate supply of warm water is available at all times for effective handwashing.

- No hot water observed during the inspection. Manager indicated that this is a behavioral issue with cold/hot tap left open. Manager will follow up with staff to ensure issue is resolved.Ensure that handwash sinks are fully equipped with warm running water, soap and paper towel at all times. This was corrected during the inspection.
