     • Observation(s): One of the two fire exits was found partially blocked today with a trolly and small countertop stove blocking one of the doors. Ensure all fire exits are free of equipment and any other items at all times. It is recommended a system is put in place that all staff will follow to assure future compliance. The manager states the items have been removed.
