      • Observation(s): A. Products in front 4-tier cooler by deli measured above 4°C. B. General overstocking of display coolers (produce cooler, deli meat/cheese cooler, etc.) Corrective Action: Ensure not overstocking products to above outer holding lip or blocking flow of air. Continue regular monitoring of cooling equipment temperatures.
      • F1.2D Potentially hazardous foods must be transported at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): Produce cutting board worn and discoloured. Potential contamination from hard to clean grooves. Corrective Action: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition for safe food handling. Remove cutting boards which are greatly discoloured and have uncleanable grooves that could potential harbour food debris and bacteria.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.

      • Observation(s): Bags of onion were being stored on the floor inside the dry storage area.
    • F3.4 - Are the premises, equipment and utensils designed and maintained to ensure safe and sanitary food handling?
      • Observation(s): 1.) Light covers are missing for the lights inside the walk-in cooler in the meat department, inside the disposable container storage room, inside the produce walk-in cooler and inside the produce storage area. 2.) A gap larger than ¼ inch was observed at the bottom right of the back loading gate.
