- Observation(s): A. Products in front 4-tier cooler by deli measured above 4°C. B. General overstocking of display coolers (produce cooler, deli meat/cheese cooler, etc.) Corrective Action: Ensure not overstocking products to above outer holding lip or blocking flow of air. Continue regular monitoring of cooling equipment temperatures.

Corrective Action: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition for safe food handling. Remove cutting boards which are greatly discoloured and have uncleanable grooves that could potential harbour food debris and bacteria.
