- Two bleach spray bottles were tested and were found to be only 50 ppm. Both were remade to the correct solution of 100 ppm, per the request of the PHI.

- Multiple cleaning cloths were observed in use and not soaking in an approved sanitizer solution. Employees were provided education on this. This violation has been cited previously. All cleaning cloths, once in use, must soak in an approved sanitizer solution including any cloths used for the milk steaming wands.

- 1 Used cleaning cloths were noted on prep counters. These were moved during into the bleach solution during the inspection.

- Clean cleaning cloths were noted to be stored with chemicals. These were moved in a container with a lid during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that chemicals are stored away from any food or fodo related items.
