There is no fee for this permit.Complete the application form at the following link - https://form.jotform.com/240984997784078.Once submitted, you will be e-mailed your Food Handling Permit. You must print this off yourself and post it in an area visible to the public. A new permit will be e-mailed to you annually so please ensure the posted permit is up to date.
