      • The dishwasher is currently used to clean and sanitized toys; however, the recorded temperatures were 55°C, 45°C, and 35°C, which do not meet sanitizing requirements.*Staff to use the two‑compartment sink for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing toys using a chlorine‑based sanitizer until the dishwasher is fixed.

      • - Cleaning equipment's, including mops and brooms, were stored in the kitchen area, and the space was easily accessible to children.*Staff had placed shelving units in front of the area to block access. Please ensure all cleaning equipment is stored out of children’s reach or that the area is properly secured to prevent access.
