      • Infant classroom:1. The paper towel dispenser is currently unavailable. Please ensure paper towels are placed in a functioning dispenser.2. The garbage bin currently lacks a foot pedal. To ensure sanitary disposal of paper towels after handwashing, please use a bin equipped with a foot pedal.

      • Infant room:- The soap dispenser was almost empty and not dispensing soap. Please ensure hand washing sink are equipped with hand washing supplies at all times.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • Preschool classroom: Cleaning rags were hung by the faucet. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. - place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags.

      • Bins/containers were stored in the washroom (3-4 year old area).-remove storage items from washroom. The washroom isn't a sanitary storage area.
