- The Quat sanitizer in the front area of the store was tested at 50ppm. Other sanitizers in the facility were at optimal concentration. Operator was informed and a fresh solution was prepared and tested at 200ppm.Please ensure sanitizers are checked and changed frequently as required to allow for proper sanitization of food surfaces.

- Single use disposable items were used as scoops and stored inside the food item. Operator removed the scoops when informed. Please ensure appropriate scoops are used and stored outside of the food item to prevent contamination.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The hand sink station inside the kitchen close to the cook line was observed to contain used utensils. Operator was informed and he removed the utensils. Please ensure that hand sink stations are used solely for handwashing.
