- Sanitizing solution was not available during the inspection. Operator was educated on the importance of a sanitizer during food preparation and instructed to prepare the solution. Please ensure that sanitizing solutions is available during food preparation to prevent cross contamination.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- A pack of shrimps was observed thawing in the sink at 5C. Operator was educated on proper thawing techniques and told to place the sshrimp under running cold water. Please ensure all potentially hazardous food are thawed appropriately in the coolers, under running cold water or in the microwave to prevent the proliferation of pathogens.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- A trash bin was observed blocking the handsink. Operator was immediately notified and asked to move the bin to another area. Please ensure hand sinks are accessible to facilitate regular handwashing.
