      • Operator made a new solution in one of the sink compartments - registered at 100 ppm bleach.
      • Obtain test strips to verify strength of sanitizer solution.

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator used a new bleach bottle to make a bleach sanitizer solution. General formula: use 1/2 tsp of unscented household bleach per litre of water. Make fresh daily. Label spray bottle.
