      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the faucet at the hand washing sink as soon as possible so that both hot and cold water are available .

      • Observation: The dishwasher is not in use as it requires repair. Mainly take out containers are used (paper lined plates).
      • Some glasses and cutlery are still used for customers dining in. Seating is above 10 (about 16).
      • Dishes and utensils are being washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried using three sinks - ok.
      • Corrective Action(s): Continue to wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry dishes and utensils manually and to use mainly single use containers.
      • Repair the dishwasher as your seating is above 10. Correct by February 2018 or earlier.
