      • Sanitizer solutions concentration was low in concentration. Staff replaced all the sanitizer solution. Corrected during the inspection.

      • * Flooring in the kitchen, walk-in cooler, and by the dishwashing area were damaged. Surface did start peeling off the floor.* Counter surface by the grill was cracked. *Caulking at the hand washing station was not in good repair.*Caulking at the dishwashing area was not in good repair, mildew started to build upPlease make sure the areas are in concern are repaired properly.
