      • *Iodine test strips were not available for measuring the iodine at the glass dishwasher. Please make sure test strips are available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solutions.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • * There was no paper towel at the sink in the kitchen. Corrected during the inspection. Operator placed the paper towel at the sink.

      • *Hand sink was removed from the kitchen. Operator will place the hand sink beside the 2 comp dish sinks in the kitchen.Please make sure hand sink is reinstalled in the kitchen.* Hand soap was not available at the sink in the kitchen. Please make sure hand washing supplies are available at all times.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • *Renovation was in place by the stairs, ceiling by the coolers and flooring in the storage area. There was still work in progress with replacement of the dry wall, ceiling surface by the coolers and flooring by the storage area.Please make sure all surfaces are durable, washable, easy to clean and waterproofed.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • * Grease built up at the exhaust canopy filters. Please make sure cleaning is completed.

    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • There was water accumulation in the prep cooler at bottom shelf by the cook line and also in the cooler where the Beer Kegs were stored. No issues with the temperature. Please make sure they are maintained in good repair.
  3. Initial Inspection

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Bleach -water solution concentration in the spray bottle at the bar area was measured at 0ppm during the inspection. Corrected during the inspection. New solution was prepared by the operator with 100ppm Bleach water solution.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • There was water accumulation in the prep cooler at bottom shelf by the cook line and also in the cooler where the Beer Kegs were stored. No issues with the temperature. Please make sure they are maintained in good repair.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Some of the clean food containers at the shelf in the kitchen were not in good repair. Discarded during the inspection by the operator. Please make sure all food equipment are in good repair.
