      • Pre-portioned pulled pork packages were stored in the card box. Corrected during the inspection, transferred into the food grade container.Please make sure food products are stored in food grade containers.

      • Sanitizer solutions (Quat food grade sanitizer 200ppm) were prepared for keeping the knives and tongs in them to prevent contamination of the food and surfaces.

      • * One of the big plastic containers in the walk-in freezer was broken. It is discarded during the inspection by the operator. Please make sure food containers are in good repair condition.

      • Sanitizer buckets were not labelled. Corrected during the inspections. Operator labelled the sanitizer buckets.

      • * Dishwasher was not operational during the inspection. It was just broken that morning. Operator will be doing manual 2 comp. sink dishwashing method.Please make sure manual dishwashing method is reviewed with the staff.

      • Cleaning is required for the following areas;*Surface of the paper towel dispenser and soap dispenser by the prep area.

      • White cabinet with shelves was not in good repair/ safe condition. Please make sure it is removed from the facility.

      • *Noted couple of the food containers were not in good repair/broken containers. Corrected during the inspection. Discarded by the operator during the inspection. Please make sure all food containers and food equipment are in good repair/condition.*Couple of broken plastic tongs noted during the inspection. Corrected during the inspection. They were discarded by the operator. Please make sure all food equipment are in good repair.

      • *Caulking at the sink was not in good repair. Please repair it.

      • Cleaning is required for the following areas:*Dust on ceiling lights and vent. Please clean the surfaces. *Cleaning of the meat cutter. Rist built up on some of the surfaces. Detail cleaning is needed. *Fridge handles were sticky. Food debris built up.
